JOKI SERVICE REFUND POLICY

EFFECTIVE DATE: 23TH DECEMBER 2024

 

AT LYBRUS ESPORTS ("WE," "OUR," OR "US"), WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING A HIGH STANDARD OF SERVICE TO ALL OUR CLIENTS. THIS REFUND POLICY OUTLINES THE SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH WE WILL PROCESS REFUND REQUESTS FOR OUR JOKI SERVICE. BY ENGAGING WITH OUR SERVICES, YOU, THE CLIENT, AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

  • Refunds will be considered and processed only under the following specific circumstances:

    • Service Cancellation Prior to Service Commencement: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your order before the JOKI service has commenced. Once the service starts, no refunds will be issued unless there is a failure on our part to fulfill the service as agreed.account details including usernames, IDs, and in-game data necessary to perform the JOKI services.​

    • Failure to Complete Service as Agreed: If we are unable to fulfill the service as outlined in the agreement, such as due to technical difficulties, internal errors, or service interruption, a full refund or partial refund may be issued based on the nature of the issue.

    • Unsatisfactory Service Quality: If you believe that the service provided was not performed as agreed upon or does not meet your expectations, a refund request will be considered. We will conduct a thorough investigation and determine whether the service did not meet the agreed-upon quality.​​

  • Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

    • Violation of Terms: If you violate any of the Terms and Conditions governing the service, such as sharing account credentials, using third-party cheats, logging into the account during service, or engaging in other prohibited activities, you forfeit your right to a refund.​

    • Account Bans, Suspensions, or Penalties: We are not responsible for any game bans, account restrictions, or penalties imposed by the game developers during or after the service. Lybrus eSports is not liable for any penalties or restrictions applied to your account, and no refunds will be issued for such events.

    • Completion of Service: Once the JOKI service has been fully completed as per the agreement, including all milestones and deliverables, no refunds will be granted, except where we have failed to meet the agreed terms or have not provided the service as contracted.

REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

  • To request a refund, you must submit a formal written request to our support team. Please provide the following information:

    • Order Number: The unique identifier for the transaction.

    • Reason for Refund: A detailed explanation of why you are requesting the refund.

    • Account Information: The game account details or ID associated with the service.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of service completion. Requests made after this period will not be considered unless exceptional circumstances apply. All refund requests will be reviewed, and you will be notified of the decision within 14 business days of submission.

REFUND PROCESS AND TIMELINE

  • Once a refund request is approved, Lybrus eSports will initiate the refund process under the following conditions:​​

    • Refund Method: The refund will be issued using the same method used for the original transaction (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, or payment processor). Lybrus eSports is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider.​

    • Processing Time: Refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on the processing time of your payment provider.

    • Partial Refunds: If the JOKI service was partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the extent to which the service was not fulfilled. In such cases, the refund will be calculated proportionately based on the agreement.

    • No Refund After Service Completion: Once the service has been fully executed and you have confirmed the completion, no refunds will be granted unless proven that Lybrus eSports failed to meet its obligations as per the agreement.

EXCEPTIONAL REFUND REQUESTS

  • In extraordinary cases, Lybrus eSports may, at its sole discretion, grant a refund outside the scope of the standard refund conditions outlined in this policy. These cases will be thoroughly reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis. All decisions made by Lybrus eSports in exceptional cases are final.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

  • Any disputes arising from a refund request or related to the services provided must be resolved through the following procedure:

    • Initial Resolution: In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue by direct communication with Lybrus eSports within a reasonable timeframe.​

    • Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the Malaysian Arbitration Act 2005. This process will be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and both parties waive the right to a trial by jury.

    • Legal Fees: In the event of any legal dispute, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and any other associated legal costs.
